Hello, 

Just incase you didn't know, Kelly The Poet is a tiny business run by just Kelly. She works entirely around her children, she is a full time carer of her autistic son. This means that most days she is juggling care and business so please be mindful of delays when waiting for a reply.

When do you post orders?

Orders are shipped every couple of days. This is subject to Kelly's sons care needs and Kellys own health. There can also be delays in the Holidays due to Post Office closures so always be mindful when ordering. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Kelly ships to most countries but be aware that orders made outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and custom fees which are beyond our control. Any fees that you receive are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Pre-Orders

Kelly will sometimes sell a product as a pre-order. She does this to gauge product numbers and to raise necessary funds to produce the product. There will be a delay in getting these to you and this will be stated in the description of the product. If there are delays in the printing process this will be out of Kelly's control but she will let you know via social media.

Where do you ship from?

The poetry hut is based in Carmarthenshire, South Wales, UK.

Do you offer wholesale?
