Anxiety Relief Pocket Poems - New Design

I have bought these lovely poems for myself and also for friends. They are so helpful in times of stress.

I bought a set of cards and the books for someone else. They arrived beautifully packaged.. I didn't want to ruin the packaging. More importantly the contents were amazing. The Cards are perfect for putting in a phone or purse, My granddaughter loves the books and is learning from their words. Thank you so much for being an amazing poet and creating such wonderful items.

The Anxiety Relief packet does fill a niche on the market, and has been done nicely. It's flexible too, with the reverse side of each blank for personalised material.

Love the little pocket poems, I gave them to a friend who is struggling recently, she said 'They're really nice to have on my work desk and when I'm feeling wound up at any point during the day, I stop and take a pause, and have a few minutes to myself reading the cards and have a good look at them and let my mind wander in to the words of the poems and the picture and it takes me away from the feelings of being stressed and anxious for those few minutes with those simple warm words of support and encouragement and the lovely little pictures really help me and my head relax and calm down, I am so greatful for being given them' A big thanks to Kelly the Poet
